About The Event

Theme: Crafting a Dream Team–The Power of Defined Roles

Discover how to create high-performing teams that excel in diverse environments and drive success in today’s dynamic market.

In today’s fast-paced world, teams are the engines that drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and adaptability. With consumer demands constantly evolving and technology changing the game, companies need to respond quicker and more effectively than ever. But here’s the challenge: how do you create a team that not only meets these demands but excels in a multicultural environment—especially when finding the right talent in Japan's competitive market is no easy feat?

That’s where the magic of team roles comes into play. Think of it like a soccer team—everyone knows how to kick a ball, but it’s the specific roles, based on each player’s unique skills and talents, that make the team unbeatable. In our upcoming interactive session, you’ll dive into the world of Belbin Team Roles, a proven approach that helps you get the best out of your people by defining clear, complementary roles.
