DCCJ Summer Gathering

We are very pleased to once again invite our members to a Danish summer gathering in the courtyard of the Royal Danish Embassy. 

And we are coming back in style as our get together will coincide with what is arguably the sports event of the summer; the Tour de France start in Copenhagen!

Join us on July 1st for a fun and casual bbq with members of the Danish business community. 

We will award prices to the best dressed Tour de France and bicycle enthusiasts, so don’t be ashamed to roll in on your trusty bike and flash that lycra!

19:00 Doors open  

19:30 Welcome  

21:30 End of DCCJ event

Participation fee:

5000 JPY

The fee includes food and drinks.

*Refunds after this deadline will not be possible.

We expect all guests to be fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.

About the Tour de France Screening:

After the event participants are welcome to stay in the courtyard to watch Tour de France at a Public Viewing Party hosted by the Royal Danish Embassy.

The Public Viewing Party is free of charge and will start at 21:00 and end at 00:30.

During the Public Viewing Party, it will be possible to buy light food and beverages from stands in the courtyard. 

The Embassy will host several events to celebrate the Copenhagen Tour Start over the weekend.
