The DCCJ is delighted to extend an invitation from ANZCCL, to a fun and vibrant evening celebrating the best of South Australian wine at Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka. SAKURA Japan Women’s Wine Award-winning winemakers from Killibinbin, Metala and Ministry of Clouds will be pouring a selection of SAKURA Award-winning wines for you to enjoy with Caption’s Osaka Street Food Buffet. The wine line-up includes Killibinbin favourites, Sparkle Shiraz, Shiver Chardonnay, Sweetlips Rose, Scaredy Cat Cabernet Shiraz, and the historic, old-vine Metala line-up, all to be enjoyed with a selection of dishes including takoyaki, kushikatsu, and Caption’s famous pizzas. And, as a special treat, you can sample some of the “world’s oldest new flavours” - Green Ant Gin and Bush Apple Gin from South Australian gin company Seven Seasons.
