INTERNSHIP WITH THE DANISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN JAPAN

Welcome to the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ), a hub for business collaboration between Denmark and Japan. Our annual autumn internship program offers hands-on experience in event coordination, business development, and communication tasks.

Internship Overview

Interns assist in event planning, business development initiatives, and social media management. Tasks include logistics for events, market research, and content creation.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing seminars, receptions, and trade missions.

  • Business Development: Conduct market research and identify partnership opportunities.

  • Digital & Website Management: Maintain and update the website,and assist with overall digital presence

  • Communications & Outreach: Create content, manage social media channels, and support external communication efforts

Details and How to Apply

  • Flexibility: Start and end dates can be adjusted depending on circumstances. Typical intern periods are:

    • Autumn internship (4 months): September 1st – December 31st

    • Spring internship (4 months): February 1st – June 30th

  • Workload: Approximately 5 hours per week (around 80 hours total, flexible based on workload and schedules)

  • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.

  • Visa requirements: All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the intern.

  • Applications: Reviewed year-round (early application recommended)
