Uniting Genders, Generations, and Industries to Drive Inclusive Innovation
Leveraging diverse perspectives across age, gender, and industry to spark learning, unlock collaboration, and foster a culture of equity and innovation.
Applications are now open for the Accelerate Action Program, a unique initiative designed to bring professionals together to drive meaningful change through diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Inspired by the 2025 International Women’s Day theme “Accelerate Action,” the program connects individuals across sectors to co-create innovative solutions that strengthen inclusive leadership, gender equity, and cross-generational collaboration.
Over an eight-month journey, participants will work in diverse groups to pilot DE&I initiatives within their organizations, share insights, and exchange learnings that lead to real impact.
