DCCJ Year-End Greeting from the Chairman Peter Roland 2025

Dear Members and Friends of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan,

As we close the year, I would like to thank you for your continued engagement and support of DCCJ.

It has been an eventful and highly productive year, reflecting the strength of our community and the growing importance of Danish–Japanese and European business cooperation.

This year highlight, was the strong momentum around Expo 2025 Osaka and the visit of His Majesty the King of Denmark—both powerful reminders of the deep and forward-looking relationship between our two countries.

I am pleased to note that the strategic targets we set for 2025 have largely been met. We have broadened our reach and influence through expanded collaboration at the European level, increased member awareness and use of European Business Council (EBC) services, and delivered DCCJ original events that clearly differentiate our value proposition. At the same time, Nordic Chamber cooperation has been strengthened, as well as our close partnership with the Royal Danish Embassy in Japan.

Throughout the year, DCCJ hosted and co-hosted a wide range of business, policy, and networking events, underscoring our role as an active and trusted platform for our members.

Looking ahead, I am confident that we are well positioned to build on this momentum. Thank you once again for being part of DCCJ.
