Now in its 21st edition, Delighting Customers in Japan is a well-established annual event that brings together senior executives from a wide range of industries to discuss their real-world experiences, challenges, and strategies for achieving customer satisfaction and business success in Japan’s unique and demanding market.

To register, please send your full name, company name and position to info@blccj.or.jp and we will send a confirmation email.


We kindly ask you to arrange payment in advance by bank transfer (no cash payments). Bank details will be included in the confirmation email.


Deadline for registration and payment is Wednesday 11 June 17:00 , or when seats are full.

Any cancellations after 11 June or no-shows will be charged in full.
