The Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ) is pleased to extend an invitation from the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BLCCJ) to the 22nd edition of their flagship seminar, "Delighting Customers in Japan".
Renowned as one of the most challenging markets in the world, navigating Japan's business landscape requires innovative strategies and keen insights into customer preferences. Delighting Customers in Japan has, over its many editions, brought together esteemed executives from a wide range of industries to share their experiences and strategies for success in this complex market.
This year, the seminar will welcome three distinguished speakers:

To register, please send your full name, company name, and position to info@blccj.or.jp, and be sure to mention that you are a DCCJ member in order to receive the member rate. A confirmation email will follow. Only 5 seats are available under the DCCJ member allocation, so early registration is recommended to secure the member rate.
Please note: any cancellations after 25 June or no-shows will be charged in full.
