EBC Seminar: The Japanese Economy - Strategies to Cope with a Shrinking and Ageing Population

The EBC is offering a presentation January 30th on "The Japanese Economy - Strategies to Cope with a Shrinking and Ageing Population" by Randall Jones, who recently released a book on the topic for Routledge. The book aims to increase understanding of Japan, the world’s third-largest economy and a key player in the world economy.
Randall Jones has a long and illustrious career with the OECD. He served as the Senior Counsellor and was the Head of the Japan/Korea desk. As such, he was responsible for, and is still involved in, the OECD Economic Survey of Japan, a biannual report published by the OECD. Randall Jones holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
