We are delighted to invite you to the Nordic Christmas Gala 2026, taking place on Friday, December 11, at TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET in the heart of Tokyo.

As the year draws to a close, we invite the Nordic business communities in Japan to come together for a festive evening celebrating Nordic Christmas traditions, good company, and the connections that bring our community together.

Joined by the Nordic Ambassadors to Japan, embassy representatives, and distinguished guests, the evening will feature a Christmas-inspired course dinner, free-flow drinks, live music with beloved Christmas classics, and a festive stage programme — all set within the warm and elegant surroundings of TRUNK(HOTEL).

Reconnect with familiar faces, make new connections, and raise a glass to another year of Nordic–Japanese friendship and collaboration.

New this year, guests can also take part in our special Christmas Raffle, featuring a selection of grand prizes generously provided by our sponsors. Raffle tickets will be available for JPY 1,000 each, with all guests invited to join in the festive fun. Cash only, no change.

The event is proudly co-hosted by the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ), Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (FCCJ), Icelandic Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ISCCJ), Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), and Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SCCJ).

Time: 19:00–23:00 (Doors open at 18:30)

Dress Code: Black-tie preferred — gowns, formal cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, tuxedos, and dark formal suits are all welcome.

Admission

Members – Early Bird: JPY 26,000 (deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026 at 17:00)

Members – Regular: JPY 30,000

Non-Members: JPY 36,000

Registration Deadline: Monday, November 30, 2026 at 17:00.

Table Reservations: Companies wishing to reserve a full table of eight guests can enjoy the member/early-bird rate until the registration deadline.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Please send any dietary requirements or allergy information to info@dccj.org by 13:00 on November 30. All information will be treated confidentially and used solely to accommodate your needs. Please note that major accommodations cannot be guaranteed after this deadline.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted before 17:00 (JST) on November 30, 2026. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided after this date.
