*CANCELLED* Olympic Games 2020 Reception at Training Ship DANMARK
Time & Location
About The Event
*Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the Olympic Games 2020 Reception at Training Ship DANMARK will be Cancelled.*
Training Ship DANMARK was built in 1933, and has since then been both a home and a training ground for many young people seeking a career as Ships Assistants. The ship is registered in Denmark and operated by the Danish education center MARTEC (Maritime Training and Education Centre) and sails to many different parts of the world every year.
Next year, Training Ship DANMARK (Skoleskibet Danmark) will dock their magnificent ship in Tokyo Bay, on the 20th of July, and host dinner receptions during the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020, until the 9th of August where the ship will set sail again. On this occasion, DCCJ has secured an exclusive reception at sea for our members only. This will include a standing buffet, drink bar and a great opportunity to socialize with other members.
So if you are interested in a unique Olympic Games experience, please mark the date of July 29th, 2020 in your calendar, and/or sign up now!
