DCCJ Annual General Meeting 2026 年次総会

We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ), on Thursday, March 12th, 2026. The AGM will provide an insightful overview of the Chamber’s activities in the past year, key initiatives, and future plans.

Following the main AGM meeting, we are pleased to welcome Jarl Frijs-Madsen, Ambassador of Denmark to Japan, who will provide an update on Danish-Japanese relations. We are currently in the process of confirming a guest speaker who will share insights into key international relations and policy priorities. Please note that the guest speaker agenda is subject to change as we finalize these arrangements.

After the meeting, a standing reception will take place, offering an excellent opportunity to engage with fellow members, exchange ideas, and discuss the future direction of DCCJ.

We truly value the involvement of our members and believe that your active participation is key to improving and evolving DCCJ’s role and initiatives. Please feel free to reach out with any ideas or feedback to help us better serve our community.

• Fee: Free for DCCJ Corporate and Individual Members

Member RSVP Information

• Corporate Members: Up to two representatives may attend free of charge. If two representatives plan to attend, please submit separate registration forms for each attendee.

• Individual Members: One representative may attend free of charge.

  
  

This is a closed event, exclusive to DCCJ Members. Due to limited seating, we encourage early registration to secure your spot.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please kindly notify us by end of day on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Guest Information

If additional capacity is available, members may bring guests at a cost of JPY 9,000 per guest. Members wishing to bring a guest are asked to register them on the Waitlist. Guest availability will be confirmed on Monday, March 2, 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis.

DCCJ会員の皆さま

このたび、デンマーク商工会議所（DCCJ）2026年度の年次総会（AGM）を、2026年3月12日（木）に開催いたしますことをご案内申し上げます。本年次総会では、過去1年間のDCCJの活動報告をはじめ、主要な取り組みや今後の方針についてご説明いたします。

AGM本会議終了後には、ヤール・フリース・マドセン 駐日デンマーク大使より、デンマークと日本の関係に関する最新の動向についてご講演をいただく予定です。 また現在、国際関係および政策分野に関する知見を共有いただくゲストスピーカーの調

整を進めております。なお、ゲストスピーカーの内容につきましては、確定次第のご案内となりますことをあらかじめご了承ください。

その後は、立食形式のレセプションを予定しており、会員の皆さま同士の交流や意見交換の場として、DCCJの今後の方向性について語り合っていただければと考えております。

会員の皆さまの積極的なご参加こそが、DCCJの活動をより良いものへと成長させていく原動力です。ご意見やアイデアがございましたら、ぜひお気軽にお聞かせください。

本イベントはDCCJ会員限定のクローズドイベントです。

席に限りがございますため、お早めのご登録をおすすめいたします。

ゲスト参加について

空きがある場合に限り、会員の方はゲストを1名につき9,000円でご同伴いただけます。
