World Cup Soccer Party at the Royal Danish Embassy

It is with great pleasure that the Royal Danish Embassy announces our soccer party in Tokyo in relation with the Denmark vs. Japan soccer Match at the World Cup.
Registration for the event is now closed! We apologise that we close registration prior to the deadline, but we have now reached the max. capacity for the event of 200 people!
The Embassy would like to thank all those people who have registered for the event!
Please note, should you not be able to participate to the event, we kindly ask you to inform the Embassy (nanbra@um.dk) by email before June 17th. No-shows and cancellations after the 17th will be invoiced
We also kindly ask you to inform the Embassy of cancellations, in order to sell the tickets to other persons.
The Danish Embassy kindly urge you to sign up to this special event at your earliest convenience as we expect to run out of tickets soon!

Gates Open from: 00:30 (June 25)
VIP Guests Registration: 24:00 (June 24) Venue: Courtyard of the Royal Danish Embassy (Map)
29-6 Sarugaku-cho Shibuya-ku 150-0033 Participation Fee: JPY 2000 Style: Standing event (Chairs for VIP guests only) Registration: All registration must be made online through DCCJ. DEADLINE: JUNE 10 (Thursday) or as soon as capacity is full.
All names of participants must be sent to the DCCJ Secretariat after registration no later than the Registration deadline, due to security reasons at the Danish Embassy (email: nanbra@um.dk ).
Kindly note that the Embassy may need to limit the number of guests per company. MAX Capacity: Expected to hold app. 200 people.
(Please note, there are NO parking space available. Please note that the event will take place outside regardless of the weather. In case of rain, please bring your own raincoat. No umbrella's please.)
Entertainment during the evening!
The Embassy will provide many interesting arrangements during the evening! The participation fee includes Danish Beer, Danish Hotdogs and a light breakfast after the game.
